Professional experience

20 years of professional life combining academic research in the social sciences, social anthropology, communication sciences and sociology and programme development in the NGO sector.

Key competences

- Conception and coordination of learning processes for programming.
Extended experience in Research and in Monitoring & Evaluation for the development of empirically and culturally grounded programmes with / for children and youth. Experience in managing research and evaluation teams. Experimental diffusion of knowledge for a diversity of publics;

- Good interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders, experience in building up hybrid networks (researchers, artists, development agents, …);

- Research interests as a social anthropologist: the uses and effects of identities (gender, youth, childhood), in daily lives and their connection to social change. Experienced ethnographer in Europe and Africa;

Tasks: Implement the methodology securing a collective authorship (9 actors), Make sure that academic interpretations of excision in Guinea are taken into account by the authors, plan follow-up activities for the different age groups.
